This ensures that you are only paying for the very time it took to style your hair! Each cosmetologist will have an hourly rate based off experience and deals. The full scale cost for your affiliation will change dependent upon the cosmetologist you see, how long it requires and how a ton "parts" used (ie. assortment/toner).
